Revenue is the easiest number to measure and the least useful one to run a business on. The costs that decide whether you made money live in four different places, and none of them talk to each other.
A fast, modern interface over an engine with one rule: if a number cannot be traced to a source, it is labelled as an estimate.
Revenue minus product cost, the payment fee your gateway actually charged, taxes, shipping, refunds and allocated ad spend — broken down per order, product, variant, country and day.
Payment fees come from each Shopify transaction record, not a flat 2.9% guess applied to everything. Where a value genuinely cannot be sourced, the app labels it an estimate instead of quietly rounding.
Costs are pulled from your Shopify inventory unit cost, with per-variant overrides and CSV import. Overrides are historicised: changing a cost today does not rewrite last quarter's margin.
Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat connected read-only, showing total channel spend — not only platform-attributed spend — so ROAS is measured against what you really paid.
A restocked return gives its product cost back instead of being booked as a total loss. Partial refunds, edited orders and multi-currency stores are each modelled properly, at the order's own exchange rate.
Orders land on the dashboard as they arrive, with running profit for the day. No overnight batch, no waiting until tomorrow to find out today went badly.
Click any figure and see it decomposed order by order, each line showing the field it came from. If you cannot check a number you cannot trust it — so every number here can be checked.
Model a product before you sell a single unit: break-even volume, maximum sustainable CPA, break-even ROAS, and what you keep out of every €1,000 of revenue. Included on the free plan.
Daily and monthly P&L as a waterfall, a weekly email summary, and CSV export of everything — so your accountant gets numbers, not screenshots.
Read-only access to orders, products and inventory. Profytly never asks for customer names, email addresses or payment methods.
Past orders are imported on install, so the dashboard is useful in minutes rather than after a month of collecting data.
Add product costs Shopify does not hold, recurring expenses, and connect your ad accounts. The app tells you which figures are still incomplete.
Profit per order, product, country and day — with an audit trail behind every one of those numbers.
Enter a product cost, a selling price, your shipping and gateway fees and a target CPA. Get back margin per unit, how many orders a month cover your fixed costs, the highest CPA you can pay before going backwards, your break-even ROAS, and what is left of every €1,000 in revenue. Presets included for dropshipping, cash-on-delivery — with a failed-delivery rate most tools ignore — print-on-demand, stocked brands and digital products.
Plans differ by order volume, never by capability. No per-order fees, no surprise overage charges, nothing held back for an enterprise tier.
Up to 50 orders per month. Every feature included.
Up to 800 orders per month. 14-day free trial.
Unlimited orders. 14-day free trial.
If you exceed your plan's limit we tell you — we do not bill you. Your data keeps working and you decide whether to upgrade. Billing runs through Shopify's Billing API and appears on your normal Shopify invoice. Cancel in one click, any time.
We read order amounts, taxes, shipping, refunds, line items and shipping country — never customer names, emails, addresses or payment methods. The scopes are read-only and deliberately narrow.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and data is hosted in the European Union (Fly.io, Frankfurt region). Backups run nightly, off-site and rotated.
Uninstalling triggers permanent deletion of everything tied to your shop. You can also request deletion at any time — see the data deletion page.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and is not used to train models. Every sub-processor we use is listed publicly.
Orders, products and inventory, all read-only. From orders we use amounts, taxes, shipping, discounts, refunds, line items and shipping country. We do not request or read customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses or payment details.
Shopify Analytics reports revenue. It does not know what your products cost you, what you spend on ads, or what your recurring expenses are, so it cannot tell you whether a sale made money. Profytly combines those sources and reports the number that is left.
No. Fees are read from the transaction record Shopify keeps for each order, so they reflect what was actually deducted, including cross-border and currency-conversion surcharges. If you grant the optional Shopify Payments scope we additionally reconcile against the settlement ledger. Anything that genuinely has to be estimated is labelled as an estimate on screen.
We tell you in the app and your existing data keeps working. There are no per-order overage fees and nothing is charged automatically beyond the plan you chose.
One click on the billing page inside the app, or simply uninstall from your Shopify admin. Charges stop immediately and nothing continues after uninstall.
Shopify sends us a mandatory shop/redact webhook 48 hours after uninstall and we permanently delete everything tied to your shop: cost overrides, expenses, ad connections, spend history and settings. You can also request immediate deletion.
